PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that during busy periods, such as product launches and holidays, processing times may extend up to 2 weeks.

SHIPPING METHODS
We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs, including:

First class for sticker and magnet orders
Tracked shipping for stickers and magnets.
Ground Advantage (2-5 business days)
Priority Mail (1-3 business days)
First class international

INTERNATONAL SHIPPING
We do offer international shipping. Please be aware that customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply upon arrival in your country, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and the weight of your order. We also offer free shipping on orders over $35.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or customs processing for international orders.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress, except for sticker and magnet-only orders, which are sent via stamped mail unless upgraded.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your tracking information so we can assist you.
