How does the Sticker Club work?

When you join the Lilac & Luna Sticker Club, you’ll receive an exclusive set of stickers each month that are only available to members. Your first payment is charged the day you sign up, and you'll continue to be billed on the same date each month. Your first package ships within the first week of the following month.

When will my first Sticker Club package ship?

Your first package will be shipped in the first week of the month following your sign-up. For example, if you join on October 10th, your first set will ship in early November.

Do you provide tracking for Sticker Club shipments?

We do not provide tracking numbers for Sticker Club packages, but rest assured that your stickers are carefully packaged and sent via USPS with standard delivery times.

Can I cancel my Sticker Club subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time! Simply log in to your account and cancel before your next billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming month.

What if my stickers arrive damaged or defective?

We take great care in packaging, but if something happens during shipping, please email us at hello@lilacandluna.com within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll be happy to make it right!

Can I update my shipping or billing information?

Absolutely! You can update your information in your account at any time. However, any changes made after your billing date will apply to the next month's shipment.

Are Sticker Club designs available in the shop?

Sticker Club members receive exclusive designs that aren’t available in our shop during their month of release. Some designs may eventually become available to the public, but members always get first dibs!

Do you offer international shipping for Sticker Club members?

Yes, we offer international shipping! To join our sticker club internationally, go here.

How does the loyalty card system work?

When you join either Lilac or Luna’s Tier, you will receive a loyalty card with your first month’s shipment. Each month, you’ll also get a star sticker to place on your loyalty card. Once you fill 6 spots on the card, you can redeem it for an exclusive reward!

How many spots are on the loyalty card?

The card has 12 spots total, but you only need to fill 6 to redeem an exclusive reward. Once you've filled all 12 spots, you can earn even more rewards!

How do I earn star stickers?

Each month you remain a member, you'll receive one star sticker with your shipment. Simply place it on your loyalty card to start filling it up.

What happens when I fill 6 spots?

Once you’ve collected 6 star stickers, you can redeem them for a special exclusive reward! To redeem, just reach out to us at hello@lilacandluna.com, and we’ll process your reward.

What kind of rewards can I earn?

The rewards are exclusive items just for loyalty card holders! While the specific rewards are a surprise, you can expect something special that’s not available elsewhere in our shop.

What if I skip a month or cancel?

If you skip a month, you won’t receive a star sticker for that month, but your loyalty card progress will remain the same. You can resume collecting stars when your membership starts back up.

If you cancel your subscription, you will stop receiving Sticker Club packages and star stickers. However, your loyalty card progress will remain. If you decide to rejoin later, you can pick up right where you left off and continue filling your loyalty card.

What if I lose my loyalty card?

If you lose your loyalty card, please contact us at hello@lilacandluna.com. While we can’t replace lost cards, we’ll do our best to help resolve the situation.

How do I redeem my completed loyalty card?

When your card has 6 stars, simply email us at hello@lilacandluna.com with a photo of your filled card, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your reward will be included in your next shipment.
